Adult fit

Membership Overview

The Adult Fit and Athletic Performance Training membership offers 1, 2, 3, or 4 FULLY customized and personalized workouts per week of semi-private personal training, tailored for all age groups and experience levels. This plan is designed for flexible scheduling and for individuals who will receive personalized guidance and accountability in their fitness journey. You may be alongside other like-minded individuals such as teachers, attorneys, business owners, moms, dads, and even athletes training in the same timeslots as you but this is NOT a "class" workout as each person will be following their OWN training plan.

Access Privileges:

BK Fitness Club members can enjoy 1, 2, 3 or 4 semi-private training sessions each week, allowing for tailored workouts that fit your personal fitness and athletic goals. You can book your training sessions based on gym hours and time slots availability giving you full flexibility if you need to change times, cancel, etc. Once sessions are purchased you have 1 month to complete your workouts and there are no carryovers into the next billing cycle. We recommend scheduling your sessions in advance to secure your spot as each timeslots allows for no more than 3 members at a time.

Membership tiers:

(1 workout per week / 4 per month $160.00)

(2 workouts per week / 8 per month $280.00)

(3 workouts per week / 12 per month $384.00)

(4 workouts per week / 16 per month $464.00)

These plans automatically renew each month, ensuring continuous access to your training sessions. Session packages are valid for one month, so be sure to use them within that timeframe.

With one to four personalized coaching sessions per week, this plan focuses on learning appropriate technique, developing strength, speed / agility, and explosive power tailored to your son or daughters specific fitness goals.
